5) Privacy Settings
A) All profiles are viewable only by registered Employers. What’s more, our technology ensures that Employers will not be able to save your video on their computers.
B) You have the option of keeping your profile entirely private [employers cannot search for you, but you can browse through employer profiles and still apply for jobs!].
C) The “Block” feature lets you insert keywords that will block views from everyone associated with them. For e.g. Prevview is your employer and you do not wish for them to see that you have a profile on the portal. Simply enter Prevview as a keyword and any Employer associated with Prevview will not be able to view your profile!

♥♥♥ TIPS in taking video
If I am the employer, I would most preferably like to see the following things in a video resume:
1. Fun to watch - Any successful videos are made with 'FUN' factor inside it. If there is no Fun, the viewers get bored!
2. Da BOMBX - Every video has a part where things get really exciting. Be it being what you say, or what you do, no matter what it is, there must be a 'BOMBX!' time where viewers will go "OOoooohhh~~~" & *wide eyes*
3. Visuals - It can be playing around with animations/graphics or things/background that move (besides your mouth & body). Because higher percentage of all the humans in this world are VISUAL learners. Hence it is important to give visual aids to viewers, making them being able to absorb what you say or show in the video.
4. Auditory - And Auditory comes in 2nd after visual. So its also important for the video to produce clear sound and at times if required, to play some music or sound effects. (That is always why the reason subtitles given because most people absorb faster by reading than they could by listening)
5. Something Extraordinary - Simply said, the X Factor. For every candidates, they should equip with an addtional skill that even though the company do not require their employees to have but it would be fun to know of.
And that's mainly all that I would like a video resume to contain! ^___^ Hope you, as a candidate will make better videos after marking down these tips!

A sample of a vid that catch my attention (visually) is THIS by Julian Tay. There is still alot of room for improvement even though it is visually nice to watch! Reason because I still find the vid somewhat "Dry", it lack of the BOMBX I mentioned in my Tips. His X Factor is playing guitar, perhaps he could have played a short song and make an animated clip at the background or something.. (Ok ok, I'm getting too far off! Lolx~)
