Though I always been busy, that doesn't stop me from taking pics of my OOTD when I'm going out on my Off days. (My Off days are like, very RARE~) Hmm.. I'm thinking should I rename my blog to like, Monthly Dressup Shots instead of Daily? ahhax~ I seriously do not know why I put Daily. *knocks own head* (>,<")o~

I started using Instagram around January and I just got addicted like few months ago. ^.^
I been posting other random pics too in my a/c but I'll probably just limit to taking OOTD, LOTD, NOTD, my pets, food (if its really like delicious~ ^^), and stuffs that are visually appealing (lolx~) in the future.

OOTD theme: Peach on Flats
Decipher: Peachy legs wearing flat boots. Lolx~ I already expect myself to stand for 4-6 hours without resting so I gotta wear flats!
I thought that I'm rather underdress that day (am I not? ^^") apparently, I received a comment from some stranger "she's shouldn't be in here". My colleagues laughed at the statement and they told me to go up stage. hahhax~

Wahahx.. messy hair~ And oh god, my puffy eyes.. (@)_(@) Recently, my face starts to have bumps & scars again... =( *conceal conceal conceal!*

Why I name it because the I.fairy lens I'm wearing is call Nova Green~ ^^ And I'm looking for a shadow that contrast the green. And that's purple! More like pinkish purple ^^

Me & my colleagues before the event starts~

The Korean STARS!!!~ I'm only looking at 2NE1, Super Junior, Girls Generation (SNSD) and BEAST! (B2ST)
Though they look small in my pics, but in actual they look pretty near to us! And looks BIG in my eyes! OoO WOoooo~

Overall, I only love it when the bands come onto the stage and perform. Other than that, I'm not enjoying it. :\ Imagine we have to stand 4 hours at 1 spot (literally!) and we couldn't move at all. Plus i hate it when everyone takes out cam to take pics & videos of the stars. I mean, who the hell would look at your blur pics and unsteady videos? The cams and arms are blocking my view even though I'm like 1 head taller than anybody else (most of them infact, which gives me an ultimate advantage especially for standing concerts. Lolx~), so when their arms are up, I had to switch to looking at the big screen. Basket.
If its just taking few pics for like 20 secs, I find its still ok. But NOOOoo, they had to hang their cams in the air for the whole of 3-4 hours! I wish I could like use the lightstick to PIAK at the person's head infront of me to get her bring down her stupid chunky DSLR. Lolx!
Actually, I hit her and her friend few times on the head accidentally cos she keep moving backwards almost leaning on me as she need to bring up her BIG DSLR and I was like "OH YEAH, WOOOO, YAHHHH!!" *Puts hands up, wave lightstick, PIAK her head with arm* XD~
A young girl standing beside me was pretty high too and we both sing along to every of the K-pop songs. (She didn't take pics! Amazed!) I kinda felt there's this weird connection between me and her through-out the whole event. kekex!~ While on other side my colleagues who only know Suju songs, they kept taking pics & vids and shriek when Suju comes up. *Ouch my ears* =_=
Talking about bad concert experience.. This is like my 3rd time? =.= Sigh~ Wat's with all these youngsters???? Perhaps, I'm too old for concerts? >_>"

At end of the event, this tent still open for business. I ♥ the backdrop. It makes the tent look so classic and vintage. Don't you think? ^^

Rachel K Mineral Color Control BB in Neutral $35 (less 30%): Bought it at watsons sales, Suntec outlet. Like finally sales on Rachel K, but to my surprise, no one is at the Rachel K shelf. My luck perhaps? ^^
Uniqlo Bowler Hat in light brown $29.90: So cute! I'm actually saving, refrain from buying anything fashion related stuffs, so I could spend more if I go Japan next year, but this hat is too lovely, I hope to wear this in Japan!~ ^^

When one mention Bronze, naturally one will think its warm tone. Compare to my other eye look (right side), Bronze Goddess appear to be of a cooler tone, almost towards greenish-grey. The Infaillible eyeshadow has this pretty glitters and gives off a smooth satin sheen when applied.
By the way, it looks much more pigmented if I use finger to apply them. Brushes doesn't pick up the pigments well.

Professional Dragon Air Brush fostep series HK$50: I long yearned for a professional salon type of round hair brush because it makes hair look shiny and smooth after combing it (+ hair blowing) with it. When I saw this brush selling at only HK$50(~S$8!) I grabbed it without thinking! lolx.. After googling, I found out that this is a replica brush of the so call infamous Y.S.Park Brush. (Mine is replica, cos the brand name is not same, plus it writes "Made in PRC" hahax^^") My brush should look like one of these? More about YSPark. And read more on Brushes. I'm now using my brush everyday and it REALLY makes my hair looks smooth & tames my frizzy hair! ^^

OCC Lip Tar vs Sleek Paint Pout
I have OCC Hush & Trollop, both are last year's birthday presents from Na ^^ And now I bought 4 Sleek Paint Pouts namely Cloud 9, Minx, Peachy Keen, Milkshade.
I did swatches of all, and found that OCC is more watery and Sleek feels alot thicker/creamier than OCC. Both are very pigmented and can cover dark lips. I prefer OCC for its smell and that it has this minty taste. But I prefer Sleek for its tip, able to control how much I want to dispense, unlike OCC it always flow a huge amount out and make a mess everywhere.
I did some colour mix with Cloud 9.. And come to think of it, I don't own any mixing palette.. time to get 1!  Any recommendations?^^

OCC Hush vs Sleek Minx
I did a DUPE swatch of OCC Hush vs Sleek Minx, as shown on 2nd pic. I gave up on OCC Trollop vs Sleek Milkshake because I find that they don't really look like dupes at all after I did my first swatch (above pic).
Although both looks pinkish but Sleek Minx has this mild rosy tint while OCC Hush is towards the beige side.

Sally Hansen Extra Strength Creme Hair Bleach (Before & After pic)
I think I forgot to show my before eyebrow pic..^_^" Anyways, just imagine messy black eyebrow!
The bleaching is so strong that it only took less than 5mins for my eyebrow to turn light brown. When its about time, certain part of my skin starts to sting. Its a warning to say that I'd put for too long, so I immediately wipe the creme off and wash it.
As shown below, I followed instructions, put 5ml of activator with 10ml of bleach. After mixing for sometime, it becomes more than 30ml which I can use it to bleach my eyebrow, finger hair, knee hair & toes hair (lolx~ Why the hell I bleach these areas?! Cos, I find these hair obvious and obscene than my leg hair. =p~) and maybe my armpit hair (if I have XD~)

Shu Uemura vs Shiseido Lash Curler
My Shiseido lash curler recently failed to curl my lashes even after I changed the rubber to a new one. Probably reason why because I been using it for like, more than 5 years? ^^" The metal parts now feels loose. Thus, Shu Uemura now officially replaces Shiseido curler~
Remembering at the beginning, Shiseido was as good as my current Shu Uemura curler. I had changed the rubber for several times already. I guess its really the time for me to let go. *sobx* T^T
Below shows the comparison between the 2. Note the areas that I drew arrows are the places that shows obvious differences.
And I wonder now, where do I buy the rubber for Shu Uemura? I bought Shiseido's from Chinatown, IVY shop. Not sure if they also sell Shu Uemura? o_O Anyone have any idea?

Ok ok, lets come back to the event after drooling on those sexy models and bikinis.. hahax~

Back on May 20, I was invited to FORD Models media event happening at Spaboutique, together with Na and Ah ru. We get to see behind the scenes at a top international modeling competition. At the event we also get to see how Singapore's top 12 Ford Supermodel finalists prepare for the finals and meet the people in charge of getting them prepared for the final event.

On that day, we saw many familiar faces bloggers from Onsugar!! And for the first time, I met Joey! ^^
What's an event without FOOD???~ They look nice and yummy! But I was like too full on that day, so I din touch them at all, but I knew Ah ru ate.. kekex~

The TALL (need to emphasize that, sorry =p) models standing around drinking something out of a black can... We were all curious, we went over and took a can too! Check out the cool black can design! OMG, I must tell ya'all! ITS VERY NICE!!! Frizzy BERRY drink! Love it! Especially when drank during this crazy hot weather! PHEW!~ (I must emphasize on the BERRY as well, cos I totally hate drinking and eating anything BERRIES! Like strawberry, blackberry, raspberry.. But this drink, its NICE! haha!)
This can of drink is call the 28 Black by CALIDRIS 28. I recommend you guys to try it!! ^.^

And here stands the 10 models (Hmm.. where did the other 2 go?) Infact, base on Ah Ru's post, there should only be 11 finalists.. I wonder why they mentioned 12 to me.. typo? hahax~

Again, What's an event without GOODIES???~ There are so many that they need to put some under the table? ^^"

While waiting for the makeup demo to start, we all went to Spaboutique to explore!~ Its really look nice and cozy, but mind you, it is SUPER HOT in there! And Kas keep faning herself while we were inside.. lolx~

Finally the speakers & makeup artists are ready to start. Introduction was done by Colleen Francisca, National Director of FORD Models Supermodel of the World Singapore.
First up, Makeup Demo!! One by one, the models went up to have their eye makeup drawn by Sunita Pong (I assume this is her name, because Ah Ru said so. =p~ Sorry, I'm really very bad in remembering people names! I got goldfish brain..)

During the makeup demo, the MUA said that we need not use the same e/s colour to match with our contact lens. (Like Brown e/s with Brown lens) That is a NO-NO. Because it would make everything so blended together that people can't really see where your eyes are! (She din say that, its just what I feel Lolx~)
Hence if you are wearing coloured lens, you should use contrast colours and colours with similar tone but not the SAME colour. For example, Brown lens with Bronze to match or can contast with Purple/Green. Black lens with Silver/Gray/Blue, and so on...
And... check out the Palettes that the MUA uses at bottom of the pic! =D NAKED Palette~

Next, the model's personal trainer! I learnt alot of stuffs from him! Talking about how to loose/gain weight, how to maintain and how we should break down our usual 3 meals into many small meals a day so we could be able to control & keep track of our calorie intakes. VERY Interesting! ^^ I hope one day I have my own personal trainer who teaches me hot to loose my tummy and build up my assets! Hahhax! =p~

At start, I find that the detox spray scent was too overwhelming. It smelt very much like citrus but later found out it also smell like Axe Brand Medicated Oil.. 斧标驱风油 Hhaha~ However after using it many times, I got used to that Medicated oil scent.. ^^"

After the talk was over, we took pictures! ^_^ This my first time meeting Charlene! She's sho cute and fun to talk to!! And look at this gold hair super giant standing among them! (It's me lah!! kekex..)
I also invited Lenne to this event too! Look at us both, sho sweet ^^~ hehex~

And same goes to my poor pretty heels.. Its been a long time since I last wear this heels, apparently the humidity plays a part in accessories and shoes maintenance. With the high moisture level in my storage room, all my shoes and heels spoil really fast.
I wonder now, to buy new heels, or to mend this current one... =\ (I'm still keeping this heels, cos I love it very much!)

How's it going for all of you on the CNY first day??? =D

It wasn't been very good for me (health wise) as I got a migraine that started on CNY eve and it goes on until CNY Day 1, the moment i stepped in my own home, it kinda stopped. =_=" I think the point when I see my own home, it relaxes my brain? Hahahx..~

Bobbi Brown Workshop
My first time ever using Bobbi Brown products! I always have an impression (which is a wrong one..ahhax~) that 太太 (Tai Tai-rich wives) uses bobbi brown or famous artistes/MUA uses them.. kekex.. So that's to say I'm becoming 太太 liao =p~
Thanks to Anna who invited me and Na (everbluec) to this workshop!! *blow kisses*

At the workshop, we met June & Joyce! Yeah! Surprise surprise! ^o^v~ And Li Jia (Aimee) came at a later part~ My first time seeing her too besides Anna! I'm quite excited see both of them! hohoho~ ^o^

We were taught how to put on makeup using Bobbi Brown products, WAAAAYYYy from the beginning. YESH!! Meaning to remove all our makeup! And start with Skincare! I cheated by not removing my concealer and mascara. =P

And HERE, SPAMMING you with my blur tired look.... A small black-head scar on my cheek. Hhahax~ Its been long time since I put on red lipstick... I will definitely NOT put any red lipstick on my daily look cos my lips are so thick.. it'll be very distracting for the person who is talking to me, as he/she will keep looking at my lips. (=_="") Except when....

Loving how creamy the vanilla milk shower gel feels and it smells really nice~

The Free 3 KK eyeshadows I chose~ I'm glad they giving out e/s bcos the previous 2 rounds, I received nail polish and eyeliners which were.. Yuck!
It feels not bad when I swatch the e/s in the shop, not sure how lasting they are.. It look so pretty when I open them, I don't bare to use it! Got too many shadows now! Probably just keep for viewing purpose.. hahhax~

Just few days ago, I went for their facial. I bought a $29 offer Oxy Miracle Infusion which actually cost $100+.
They used the Okinawa Deepsea Hydra Mask during the facial and I was keen in getting this mask cos when they put it over my face, it feels really cold and soothing. They said it can be put on overnight (YEAH! I really like this word.. LOLx) and it will be absorbed like a moisturiser during your sleep. The next morning you will feel your skin radiant, smooth and supple after washing the face. Sounded so good! Definitely IS for lazy people like me! hahhaa..

Light brown scratchy prints leggings: Its not fully cotton, i feel that its made with some wool in it, Its not really stretchable vertically wise. I had hard time pulling the crotch area up to fit mine... =_="
Dark blue scratchy prints leggings: Same as the light brown ones, only in different colour.

YEAH! Its Cosfest again! How many cosfest had I went through after all these years i wonder... hmmm...I think I have infact went through all the 9 cosfest, but in the middle skipping a few of them during my schooling days as I'm too busy.. Cosfest had infact gotten better and better, inviting more international cosplayers in for the competitions.
This year's Cosfest Day 1 event was not very packed as like the usual, maybe because of the rain? We are all expecting more crowds on Day 2!
