hi nnua, the Nfu Polish is about $10+ (around $15) Sorry i forgot how much is the exact price but its definitely cheaper than $20 =)

Yes i know you got the skin food gold nail polish and I'm going to get it too! (VERY soon when I am able to pass by any of SF stores)
You might want to try NFU polish too which I gotten from far east, its so far the shiniest gold nail polish i've gotten! =D It should match best with all your gold jewellery/ shoes/bags! =D

the gold polishes that i have do not have the same effect as the first few pictures in this entry.
any idea how to achieve that kind of smooth polished gold effect?

I think our gold nail polishes could never be able to achieve the chrome effect. Those are by using foils. You can refer to ladeekim's entry about her foil nails: http://ladeekim.onsugar.com/category/foil+nails
They are very nice, but very hard to maintain i guess.

miwitch you really have to go get the SF polish la. I agree foils are hard to maintain, but they are so easy and fast to apply so I'm not complaining, haha

I'm lazy kinda person, if I get foils, you'll probably see my fingernails stucked with bits of foil remains after 1 month still unremoved. Hahhax!

the kind of metallic nails u're in love with, but in silver colour,
and all i saw was $48, sry that i didnt pop in to ask if they have gold but hope this info is a little useful
